This Privacy Policy explains how geoAscent llc ("geoAscent llc," "we," "us" or "our"), doing business as terraSojourn, collects, uses and shares information when you visit terrasojourn.geoascent.net (the "Site"). Other geoAscent websites and apps, such as soulaTerrains and oneArise, are covered by their own policies.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the role you select, any place or bioregion you mention, your message, and your consent choice. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and site software record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Site.
• Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure it, such as cookies that protect our contact form from spam or keep site administrators signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
• Fonts and embedded resources. Pages may load web fonts and other resources from third-party providers, such as Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when those resources load.

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond, to continue a conversation you started, and for reasonable record keeping, and then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including Colorado and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the Site, such as the contact form, may not work as intended. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to "Do Not Track" signals; it is already consistent with Global Privacy Control preferences.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

geoAscent llc is based in the United States, and information you send us is processed and stored in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand your information will be handled under U.S. law.
