These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of terrasojourn.geoascent.net (the "Site"), operated by geoAscent llc, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as terraSojourn ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site shares information about terraSojourn, an exploratory effort focused on community and mobile housing, including bioregional networks of tiny home and camper clusters. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, rent, lease or provide housing, land, lodging, construction services, vehicles or any other product or service, and nothing on the Site creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or other business relationship. Any such arrangement would require a separate written agreement signed by geoAscent llc.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information shared in good faith. It is not legal, real estate, zoning, building, financial, tax or other professional advice. Rules about land use, dwellings, campers and community living vary by place, so please consult qualified professionals and local authorities before acting on anything you read here.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, line art, animations, layout and code, are owned by geoAscent llc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The names terraSojourn, soulaTerrains, oneArise and geoAscent, and their associated marks, are trade names and marks of geoAscent llc. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of others.
• Send spam, malware or misleading or abusive messages through the contact form or by email.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with their normal operation.
• Scrape, harvest or collect content or personal information from the Site by automated means without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
